TelCloud Lite: How To Update Your Voicemail Greeting

If you haven't updated your voicemail greeting in TelCloud Lite, the following steps will teach you how:

1. Go to your voicemail by pressing the envelope button on your phone or by dialing *97.
2. Enter your 4 digit password.
3. Press 0 for mailbox options.
4. Press 1 to record your unavailable message (the message that will play if you don't answer).
5. Press 2 to record your busy message (the message that will play if you're on the line at the time of the call). Press # after recording.
6. Press 1 to accept, press 2 to review, and press 3 to rerecord.
7. Done!
