TelCloud Lite: How to Change Your Voicemail Password

If you have not changed your voicemail password from the default one provided at the time of the installation, we encourage you to change it at least once a year.

Here are the steps for changing your voicemail password:

1. Go to your voicemail by pressing the envelope button on your phone or by dialing *97.
2. Enter your 4-digit password.
3. Press 0 for mailbox options.
4. Press 5 to change your voicemail password.
5. Enter your new PIN followed by the # key, wait, re-enter again to confirm, and wait for confirmation.
6. Done!
