TelCloud: Call Forwarding
If you're going to be away from the office for a while and would like to forward calls to another colleague or your personal cellphone, follow these easy steps to enable call forwarding:
- Login to telcloud.inlinecom.com with your extension and password.
- Select the Answering Rules tab.
- Click the pencil icon on the right next to either business hours (forward only during business hours) or default (forward all the time).
- Select the Always checkmark box next to Call Forwarding.
- Input the extension or 10 digit phone number you'd like your calls forwarded to and Save.
- You have now successfully set up call forwarding!
