Clock and Calendar Settings for NEC Phone Systems

Here you will find how to change the clock and calendar settings for most NEC phone systems in use today.

Please note: Almost always the programming has to be done from the receptionist telephone.

NEC SV8100 Phone System Time and Date Change

Change the time:

1. Press the SPEAKER key, enter 728.
2. Dial 2 digits for the hour (must be in 24 hour clock time).
3. Dial 2 digits for the minutes.
4. Press SPEAKER.

NEC Elite IPK II Phone System Time and Date Change

Change the time:

1. Press the SPEAKER key, enter 728.
2. Dial 2 digits for the hour (must be in 24 hour clock time).
3. Dial 2 digits for the minutes.
4. Press SPEAKER.

NEC Elite IPK / 48 / 192 Phone System Time and Date Change

1. Press Feature.
2. Dial 9#.
3. Enter the hour and minute via dial-pad.
4. Press Recall to change the AM/PM setting.
5. Press Hold to change to calendar setting (or press Feature to exit this feature).
6. Press Recall to select the day of the week.
7. Dial # to move the cursor to the day of month field.
8. Enter the day of the month via dial-pad.
9. Press Recall to select the month.
10. Dial # to move the cursor to the year field.
11. Enter the last two digits of the year via dial-pad.
12. Press Feature.
