Hot Desking Instructions

Hot desking allows your workers to use any desk phone on your business network by logging in to the phone with the credentials supplied to them.

Login

1. Dial *75 or press the HD Login button.
2. Enter your account number (your extension).
3. Enter your password (your voicemail PIN) followed by the # key.
4. The phone will read back your extension and ask you to press 2 to login.
5. It then confirms that you have assumed control of the desk phone as your own extension and you are all set to take and make calls.

Logout

1. Dial *76 or press the HD Logout button.
2. Enter your password (your voicemail PIN) followed by the # key and it logs you out of the desk phone you were using.
