Changing Your Voicemail Password/PIN

Changing your voicemail password/PIN can be done in a few simple steps:

Access your voicemail

• On a physical phone, press the envelope key.
• On a softphone, dial into voicemail (default is 5001).

Update your PIN

1. Enter your current PIN.
2. Select option 5 for Control.
3. Select option 1 to change your PIN.
